Paulie, the founder of Dragonfly Journey, has over fifteen years of client and project management experience. During this time she has held the roles of recruiter and career coach, technical writer, project manager, marketing specialist, and web designer/developer... among other titles.

As a career coach, she encourages her clients to truly evaluate what makes them happy. Paulie helps them determine what they really would like to spend eight to ten hours of their day doing and helps them work through this transition. In some cases, this reality check means a complete career change, which can seem scary, but Paulie works with her clients to help them through the perceived obstacles of change so they can achieve a happier and ultimately healthier lifestyle.

In addition to working full time, Paulie also volunteers as a board member for the Rogers Police Foundation and Northwest Trails. In addition, she gives her time to the Rogers Elementary and High Schools to support her children. Over the past few years, Paulie worked diligently as co-founder and Start-Up Coordinator to open a charter school for her community, which is currently in its second year of operation and has over 200 children enrolled. Paulie is currently in the process of documenting the history of her community; proceeds from the book will be used to assist with bringing a K-9 Unit to town.
